• an agreed work plan at a project initiation meeting;
• adherence to agreed dates and deadlines;
• strict confidentiality in the use of any data;
• punctuality in attending meetings;
• regular reporting and consultation with interested parties;
• reaching and exceeding the expectations of my client;
• securing agreement from the client to act as a referee for future contracts.

I am fully insured for Public and Products Liability and Professional Indemnity.

I request that, whenever possible, clients complete a short feedback form which I use to identify strengths and weakness of the contract.
